Pet products ideal but also interested in food, confectionery and other cpg consumables. Private label or branded goods, with preference for private label. Business competes in a large category - at least $300 mil. Fragmented category with opportunity for consolidation ideal. Secondary areas of experience and interest: packaging; manufacturing requiring sales upside.. Looking for an already established business with existing product distribution.

FINANCIAL SUMMARY: Good margins (40+), positive EBITDA flow and good growth prospects. Less interested in turnarounds unless the opportunity is very compelling. Scale of $2-5 mil if financed internally, but open to larger opportunities that might involve other equity partners. Internal budget for investment is $2-4 mil range
